ASKI WASH Incentive Program
ASKI recognizes the contribution of branches and personnel in the pilot implementation of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) program wherein top performing staff who satisfied the qualifications given such as (a.)Outreach (number of WASH loans released), (b.)Portfolio at risk, (c.)Quality of construction, and (d.)Health and hygiene education were given incentives (cash prize and trip to Hong Kong) in recognition of their efforts and exemplary performance in making the pilot implementation a success.
Top performers were Mr. Kenneth Nacino, Project Officer (Rizal branch), Mr. Roilan Atienza, Officer-in-charge (Cabiao branch), Mr. Rey Leerielle Santos, Branch Manager (Rizal branch), Mr. Gregorio Macapagal III, Area Manager (Nueva Ecija Central) and Mr. Dexter Ong, Regional Manager.
WASH program is ASKI's newest loan program to clients who are interested to have water connection, hand pumps and toilets. This is in partnership with Water.Org, a US-based organization that provides aid to regions of developing countries that do not have access to safe drinking water and sanitation.
